Nicole Francis is the driving force behind Lip Couture. As the Director and owner, she has evolved the brand from a super-salon into a holistic Hub for Longevity, Health, Wellness, Skin, Body, and Mind.

The Origin Story Nicole first broke into the beauty industry in spectacular fashion, winning the TV competition Coleen’s Real Women to become the face of the international brand Fake Bake. Capitalising on this success, she launched a mobile spray tanning business, quickly building a solid client base and establishing herself as a trusted name in her hometown of Liverpool.

Mastering Aesthetics: SPMU & Fibroblast Her passion for beauty soon deepened into a desire to offer more permanent, transformative results. Nicole trained with an elite team in Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU), where she discovered a natural artistic flair for the procedure.

Today, Nicole is not only a renowned SPMU artist but also a specialist in Fibroblast plasma treatments a cutting-edge non-surgical lifting technique. Her expertise in these areas has made her a sought-after specialist for clients wanting to enhance their natural features and turn back the clock.

Wellness & Longevity Nicole believes that true radiance starts from within. Aligning with Lip Couture’s new focus on health and longevity, she is now a dedicated Wellness Coach (Herbalife). By combining her aesthetic skills with internal wellness coaching, she offers a complete 360-degree approach to beauty helping clients look incredible on the outside and feel revitalised on the inside.

The Educator Passionate about raising industry standards, Nicole also heads the Couture Training Academy. She personally teaches accredited courses in SPMU and Fibroblast, passing on her years of experience, safety protocols, and signature techniques to the next generation of beauty professionals
